Service ratings must be displayed as soon as a CQC final Inspection Report is received, in line with the guidance given by CQC.

If a regulated activity is provided at the premises that have been inspected by CQC, the service location must display the rating that has been awarded to them by CQC in their final Inspect Report and the rating must be displayed prominently in the service.

The service must only display the current inspection rating awarded by CQC. As soon as a new Inspection has taken place and a new rating has been awarded, the new rating must be displayed in the service and the old rating removed from display.
